How to Add Building Intercom to Central Control Panel

Prerequisites

Step 1: Open the Access Control Device Configuration Page on the Central Control Panel

1. Swipe down the notification bar at the top of the central control panel, tap 「App」, locate and launch the access control plugin 「Smart Access」.
2. Tap the 「Settings」 icon in the upper right corner of the plugin interface, select 「Local Setting」, and enter the default password to access the local settings page.
3. On the local settings page, locate and tap the 「Addresses」 option, then click the 「Add」 button to enter the access control terminal addition page.

Step 2: Obtain Access Control Terminal Information

1. Locate the target access control terminal.
2. Tap the 「Menu」 button on the access control terminal's desktop.
3. After entering the menu, the device information (including group number, device number, IP address, etc.) will be displayed at the top of the page. Record this information accurately for subsequent configuration.

Step 3: Enter Access Control Terminal Information

1. Return to the access control terminal addition page on the central control panel (the page opened in Step 1).
2. Fill in the required fields as follows:
   1. 「Device Type」: Select 「Smart Host」 from the drop-down list.
   2. 「Code」 Field: Tap to enter this field, then accurately input the 「Group Num」 and 「Machine Num」 recorded from the access control terminal. (Note: Enter the information in the format required by the plugin, such as separating group number and device number with a hyphen.)
   3. 「IP Address」: Enter the IP address of the target access control terminal (obtained in Step 2).
3. Optional Fields: 「Position」 and 「Serial Number」 are non-required. You can fill them in according to actual needs (e.g., fill in 「Lobby 1st Floor」 for 「Position」 to distinguish different access control terminals).
4. After completing the information entry, tap the 「Save」 button (usually located in the upper right or lower right corner of the page) to submit the configuration.

Verify the Configuration: View Access Control Monitoring Screen

1. Return to the main page of the 「Smart Access」 plugin on the central control panel.
2. Locate and tap the 「Access Control」 option on the main page.
3. All added access control terminals will be displayed on the page. Tap the corresponding device to view the real-time access control monitoring screen.
